• Defective child seat recalls: Defective car seats, defective child seats and defective booster seats recently recalled included booster seats that were improperly manufactured and were too weak in strength, violating federal safety standards. Defective child seat recalls also included more than 20 different models of Century (Graco Children’s Products) child seats with a defective adjustor that attached the seat to the car.
